Lecture 1: Bodies, Culture, and Power: Introduction to Body Politics
Welcome to CCGL9064: Body Politics — a Common Core course in the Global Issues Area of Inquiry at the University of Hong Kong!
We will discuss self-tracking technologies and how they enable self-regulation as well as new ways of understanding, experiencing, and managing the self. We will also hold an in-class workshop on reflective blog writing and setup to help you get ready for the first major course project.
